EVMS Services for the Department of Energy (DOE)
Samos Advisors participated in the development of DOE’s Integrated Project/Program Management Maturity and Environmental Total Risk Rating (IP2M METRR) team. DOE now uses IP2M METRR as part of external implementation reviews to assess a contractor’s EVMS compliance with EIA-748, contract requirements, and internal policies.
Samos Advisors has led and supported the implementation of EVMS certifications for DOE Capital Asset and Environment Management projects. Our work experiences include developing EVMS policies and procedures, supporting CAMs in developing schedule and cost baselines, conducting CAM EVMS 101 and Project Controls training, instituting EVMS best practices, and conducting and analyzing schedule and cost metrics.
