EVMS is  a disciplined project management process to assess cost, schedule and technical progress consistent with 32 guidelines contained in the Electronic Industries Alliance Standard-748 EVMS (EIA-748), 32 Guidelines. NDIA Integrated Program Management Division

The Integrated Program Management Division (IPMD), formerly the Program Management Systems Committee (PMSC), is the primary forum for maintaining strong Industry and Government working relationships to promote disciplined program performance management methodologies for planning and executing programs to optimize outcomes. Disciplined program performance management methodologies include earned value management (EVM) as defined in the EIA-748 Standard for Earned Value Management Systems (EIA-748) that the IPMD authored and maintains.

The IPMD actively works to foster the mutual understanding and the effective development, implementation, and use of disciplined program performance management methodologies. The IPMD initiates and leads program management improvement initiatives with the DoD and other Federal agencies for the mutual benefit of the Industrial base and the Government to understand and adapt to changes in the procurement environment.

ADA IPM Division

Integrated Program Management (IPM), a division of Acquisition Data and Analytics (ADA) within the Acquisition Enablers organization serves as the Department of Defense (DoD) focal point for all policy, guidance, and competency relating to EVM/IPM.

EFCOG Project Delivery Working Group

The Project Delivery Working Group (PDWG) is chartered to leverage the expertise and experience of U.S. Department of Energy contractors to address challenges and achieve improvements in project delivery across the DOE complex. The PDWG’s purpose is to seek out, promote and share the best practices and processes for successful project delivery at DOE facilities. This will be achieved through contractor subject matter experts and professionals from across the DOE complex working together, and in partnership with DOE, to implement DOE initiatives that strengthen and advance the development, management, and delivery of projects (and project-like activities) in support of DOE missions. The PDWG portfolio includes those broad-based, interrelated elements across the project lifecycle critical to successful project delivery.

DOE Integrated Project/Program Management (IP2M) Maturity and Environment total Rik Rating (METTR)

The primary goal of this research project has been to design and produce an evaluation system that can be used to assess the maturity and environment of integrated project/program management (IP2M) systems that use Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
