• Conduct an initial “Meet & Greet Session” with our clients to navigate through and identify request for proposal requirements
• Determine the appropriate proposal response by identify winning implementation and cost-effective solutions and discriminators
• Ensure our EVMS proposal response is aligned with the appropriate federal agency proposal sections (e.g. Section C – SOW, Section H – Special Contract Requirements, Section I – Contract Clauses, and Section L – List of Attachments.)
• Develop a draft and final compliant proposal outline and written proposal response
• Assist our clients to “right size” EVMS cost estimates to meet proposal and reporting requirements
• Support our clients when the federal government or other agencies requests EVMS proposal classification and written responses
• Support our clients during oral presentations, as necessary
